Cooling lubricant preperation
Cleaning centrifuges of the Tornado Series 200 / 300 /
400 Ecology and economy are complementary: Recycling
instead of high disposal costs as well as cost reductions through more
effective cleaning
Problem: With modern, highly productive processing
machines, down times give rise to enormous costs. The fine abrasion
(sludge) created by mechanical machining leads to high tool wear. Renewal of
the colling lubricants is unavoidable. |

We have the
solution: our centrifuges guarantee the optimal state of the
cooling lubricant:
- separation of oil and solid material from the
emulsion with the 3-phase centrifuge or with the
oil separator Skimmy
- separation of solid material from the cooling
lubricant with the 2-phase centrifuge
- the solid material dried at maximum speed
(patented) can be disposed of with the swarf - avoidance of special waste
- these centrifuges can be optionally equipped with
suction units in order additionally to suck the cooling lubricant from the tank
of the processing machine and to clean the tank.
